"The student training in VIP on M floor . Her name Jayyjay made my stay worth it. She was attentive to my needs. The whole while maintaining company policy in a professional maner. The concierge staff was equipt with the knowledge to take on any problem that you had. Well trained friendly . The students in all areas were well on their way to a very successful career. The lady's in the message dept worked me over I'm so thankful. They're is not enough words to describe the wonderful trip I'm having due to the Awesome start at The Dusit Thani Resort in Cebu Mactan Lapu Lapu . "Stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, which was a very large, very spacious room with nice views, even the large tub came with a view. Room humidity level was very comfortable. Food provided on menu's and in the buffet had a nice variety and the kitchen was quick to make accommodations for allergies. Staff were friendly and eager to please. We arrived with an issue from our flight, and the hotel nurse did a great job helping us out. Beach front has lots to do. A few pool areas which were open well into the dark hours which is unusual but made for nice quite time in the pool with no sun. If you want to stay in the hotel for the entire stay, this works well but there is nothing to do in walking distance, although many restaurants are a modest distance with a taxi ride. If this is a working holiday, there is only a small air-conditioned area in the café to sit and work on a laptop; otherwise, there are many outdoors areas to work, and open-air lobby areas to work which are pretty peaceful if you are ok with the heat/humidity "

"I don't like the curtains in the room,they should not used see through curtains the sun is soo bright in the morning can't sleep good enough especially adjusting the time zone difference in phi. And the most annoying part are they can't control their idiot guest doing Karaoke in the room in the middle of the night until dawn , all i can say is not worth it to stay here if you want to relax. They should be strict to there guest not to bring Karaokebox upon check in or they should have a guard walking around to observe and check that everything is alright especially midnight until early in the morning,not just they will check when someone will do a complain."

"Only problem we had was the bathroom had a lot of gnats and area seems outdated. Overall we did enjoy our short stay."
