"I don't like the curtains in the room,they should not used see through curtains the sun is soo bright in the morning can't sleep good enough especially adjusting the time zone difference in phi. And the most annoying part are they can't control their idiot guest doing Karaoke in the room in the middle of the night until dawn , all i can say is not worth it to stay here if you want to relax. They should be strict to there guest not to bring Karaokebox upon check in or they should have a guard...

"Very clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel in a very busy area. Not far from the airport, a great place to rest from a long flight. (Airport transportation available through the hotel.) "Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. Another example: ordered coke which of course is not included in the buffet as soon as the soda was delivered server demanded payment right away. We hardly started eating yet and bill slapped in front of our face. Im sure they dont mean to be rude but it come out that way. Other than these issues all is well and of course it wont stop me from coming back"

The housekeeping are sweet, trust worthy, and hardworking. The resturaunt staff are friendly and work quickly on getting meals to customers.
