Terrible customer service at check in, no directory in the the room of food or delivery options of the area, tv wasnt working properly on 4 channels. looked like our room had not been swept wen cleaned when i called the desk for area directory they told me to google it. The sunday manager was nice n understood my frustrations and gave me some coupons. Unfortunately we will no longer be staying there, worst part was that my kids n i just wanted a basic stay and onieda casino hotel could not handle a basic stay.
Had a very "Resort" like feel was very nice to just walk around. Lobby has some nice sitting areas, there is a nice beer garden. The Food at the main restaurant was excellent as was the food at the noodle place on casino floor.

The facility itself was very good. The only issue was there was absolutely no where to eat on Sunday afternoon and evening - Not at the hotel and 1 Noodle Bar with an hour wait at the casino - Bingo hall had the snack shop open at five and was out of food by 5:30. Good thing we found a few subs in the gift shop. Why is this? Now on Monday morning we had a lovely breakfast in the Cedar and Sage (?) restaurant.
I loved the hotel, my room was very dirty. Had old soda cans under the bed. The floor was sticky. Mirrors were very streaky..

One towel and washcloth in our room, two guests. When we called to request more, no answer. Toilet paper holder in our room was hanging down, poor maintenence. Won't stay there again. Check in personnel needs a personality, also.

I could not get a receipt from the hotel even though I paid at the property - Expedia stated paying at the property would need to get a receipt from the hotel - they told me they couldn't and to go through Expedia - this was a business trip and the receipt was needed for my expense report.

The check in process and accommodations were very nice. I had trouble the following morning trying to reach someone at the front desk. Tried calling from the room and even call the outside line to reach someone. No one would answer the call :-(

Staff was blah, not excited to be at work I guess. At check in no information on dining, pool etc. Later found out no dining that day. Asked staff about problem with the refrigerator but never offered to provide help or take a look. Ice machine out of order

The attached casino, pool, hot tub and onsite dining helped make this a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and very nice with exceptionally comfortable beds
Unfortunately we had a fire in our outside wood burner & were unable to stay in our home with no heat during the frigid temperatures. This was obviously an unexpected & unfortunate event but the Radisson employees were eager to assist us in every aspects. They made us feel at home during this difficult time.The room was spotless, the service was the best I’ve ever encountered and our meals were worth every Penny. Best. Hospitality. Ever!!

Have stayed here many times on casino trips. Rooms are nicely equipped with a refrigerator and coffee maker, but the floor was definitely the most filthiest ever. Really needed a good cleaning which definitely wasn’t done prior to our arrival. Disappointed.
Enjoyed the stay but had issues with turning the heat up. Never went above 70 in the room even though we turned the heat up. We turned the fan on to kick in extra heat but the fan was much louder than normal hotel heat/ac. With only light bed covering, it needed to be a little warmer or an extra blanket.

Shocked to see night security guard really walking through the property and looking in lots of places!!
Hats off to Radisson!!
Overall, all staff was great! Our only struggle was dining wasn’t open until 7 pm with only a noodle bar open but we made adjustments and just ate later.
Our only issue was our bathroom sink was clogged.
