Absolutely adored my stay here from start to finish. The hotel is so beautifully designed and the ambiance is great. The gym has all brand new equipment which is in pristine condition. Every single staff member was so kind and helpful it was so refreshing.

Wonderful staff at a well located property. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and clean and well laid out. I did hear some street noise from the 14th floor so meet need the windows reinsulated. Love the fact that a buffet breakfast is now offered.

Excellent location, walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants like Storm Crow Manor. I love the underground parking, felt very secure. The room was big but didn't feel super clean. We had fresh sheets on the bed, and fresh garbage bin, but there were random pompoms (?) around the room, and the bathroom walls are pretty stained. It's the best value for the location though! I ended up being charged more at check in, than I was quoted on my Expedia booking, which was a bummer. But the staff is great, and I didn't really push it with them.
