Superior Double rooms provide a balcony with different kinds of views. Your room was located on the garden side. I would like to apologize personally for the non-working doorbell, but your stay was 3 days and it needs special treatment to get fixed, as, with recent refurbishment, everything is controlled from the central automatic system. About the charge at the bar, we needed to inform you about the balance, as we did not reach an agreement, we did not proceed to charge you, as we have as a priority your pleasure. The fridges in the rooms are being cleaned and disinfected every day, and we are sorry if in yours the maintenance was not so obvious. We have noticed to improve it immediately.
