This location was in the old town so it was super convenient and we could walk everywhere. Parking was off site and although it was safe and close by it was a little pricey.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of old town. Staff is helpful with luggage. They are very friendly. We had to leave very early and they delivered breakfast to go

A beautifully restored hotel in the centre of the old town. Close to everything you need as a visitor. Great breakfast, attentive staff, 2 nice pools and courtyards for relaxing and eating.

Great hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Stella was amazing carrying our bags up so many flights of stairs. Location was right in the heart of the old town. Was also upgraded to a spa suite which was lovely.

Located in old town, this historic building is really charming. We had the one bedroom suite which was nice and there was enough space. Bathroom was small but functional. It could get bit stuffy as the AC was in the outside room only. Breakfast was great and you can't beat the location. You do have to park at the port and walk a bit as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area.

Came for the location, stayed for the pool and the ambiance. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with great amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall would stay again and would recommend without reservation.

Rimondi Boutique Hotels was amazing! The room was great and the lobby was beautiful. We stayed here with our 2 boys 9 and 13 and they also loved this hotel. Would recommend this hotel and would definately stay again!

Our stay at the Rimondi boutique hotel In old town Chania was excellent, magnificent hotel the staff are very helpful,friendly and have excellent standards. The room with balcony was wonderful. A must stay. Phone first to arrange parking. Eat at the Pallas terrace restaurant if possible..

A bit of an inconvenient location as it is right in town where no cars are allowed but we had someone from the hotel meet us at the designated parking lot to help us with our luggage. But it also is right in town, close to all shopping, restaurants, etc.

The staff were attentive, the room commodious and comfortable (we were upgraded on arrival as well). Pool and breakfast area luxurious and beds very comfortable. It is located in the heart of the tourist /old part of town which makes it very easy to wander, shop, take breaks and return for more wandering. Paid city parking is nearby just a few short blocks.

Hidden paradise in the middle of Rethymno center
Our stay was just amazing. A very warm welcome with snacks and drinks, the staff were friendly and so polite. The hotel as such is a hidden paradise in the middle of Rethymno city center and I really enjoyed the fact that they didn't only have 1 pool to relax at but 2!

Lovely hotel, incredible location in the heart of Rethymno old town, yet down a quiet side street. Lovely pools and great relaxing area either side of the street and great staff! What more could you want!

This hotel is really tired and has seen better days. The location in the old town is excellent but the room was very disappointing and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend.

Best of Old Town Hotel
Beautiful peaceful hotel, and yet in the middle of all of the best of Old Town, literally restaurants and bars everywhere with huge cross section of prices. Our favorite Castello a couple of minutes away All staff very helpful and courteous at all times. Eleani on reception always will go the extra mile for you. My only criticism is that room 10 was rather dark .
