Dear guest, Received your comments and immediately we confirmed to you that the quality of our bedding was the well known DUXIANA brand. When you stated in the front office your concerns about your back pain, immediately two additional softer mattresses were placed on top of the Duxiana mattress. The next day you had been asked from our team how you slept and you confirmed that everything was fine and no other complaint was made from your side or from your companion travelling with you. If your tiredness translated our response as rudeness we hope that in your next trip we are going to change your opinion.
