Fantastic service from start to finish! Beautiful view and beach. Incredible staff made this stay a wonderful experience. I would recommend better railings on stairs - some of the stairs don’t have any railings and the main stairs just have a glass wall railing. Those with mobility issues may struggle.

Nice clean property and location. The only downside is the stoney beach, but with the right shoes, it's ok. I had the perfect view from my room which overlooked the ocean, a great feature to wake up to each morning. Capturing the sunrise and sunset. The room was a good size with modern features and a large size tv, expect aerial interference. Three different onsite restaurant choices, with the option of local restaurants within walking distance. I recommend going to the spa, shout out to Maria! A large selection of buffet food from the main restaurant, the steak option on the A la carte menu was delicious and the seafood risotto from the beach restaurant, great. Thanks to Louisa, Costas, Anna, Mike, Christos and a few others who's names I can't remember. Would definitely go back to this hotel. Next time in high summer when the water is warmer!

Outstanding resort with lovely pools and beach. Staff were fantastic and facilities new and clean. Close to Rethymo but just far enough away to miss the huge crowds. Definitely will return

It;s a brand new hotel with big rooms and spectacular view! The staff is very friendly The room (126) is in front of the brach literally and the view is amazing. It is very well equiped , the only problem is that the television did not had a god signal so actually we could not see TV. As a new hotel the TVs could be smart But the whole impression of the room is very positive! The gym is very well equipped and clean The Breakfast also has a lot of choices! The room service is opened until 10:30pm , for me it's very early, it could be up until 12 00 pm

Eine sehr schöne Anlage. Strand aber steinig jedoch mit passenden Schuhen (8,50€) gut zum Schwimmen. Büfett für alle Wünsche. Live Musik an jedem Abend. Hier könnte das Management für mehr Zuhörer sorgen zur Wertschätzung der guten Musiker. Bei kalten Temperaturen nicht draußen!!!

Mooi, nieuw, heerlijk hotel!
Heerlijk, nieuw 16 + hotel in rethymnon. Ontvangst met verse jus en drankje. Kamers netjes en mooi schoon. Fijne badkamer (junior suite) met douche. Producten van Rituals. Zwembad (ijsbad) mooi. Dikke matrassen met hoofdkussens en grote badlakens. Betaald poolbiljart en tafeltennis tafel in buitenlucht. Mooie sportschool. Buffet was oke. Eten bij restaurant aan strand is gezellig en prima. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Wij zouden sowieso weer terugkeren naar dit hotel als we weer naar de Kreta zouden gaan. Tasje na afloop met olijfolie, honing en zeep. Ook heel attent. Zondag champagne bij ontbijt. Maandagavond kreeg iedereen een Ouza en Raki uitgedeeld. Al met al, topvakantie!

Großartiges, neues Hotel (Eröffnung Mai 2022) mit herausragendem Service, exzellenten Mitarbeitern, toll ausgestatteten Zimmern, riesigem Buffetrestaurant mit vielfältiger Auswahl, sauberen und großen Pools und einer Lage die ihres Gleichen sucht. Wir kommen gern wieder! Hinweise: Erwachsenenhotel (!), echte 5 Sterne (!), a la carte Restaurants vorhanden (2), Bedienung überall auf dem Gelände möglich, eigener Strandabschnitt mit Liegen/Schirmen/Handtuchtausch, Spa/Wellness mit Sauna, Schwimmbad uvm.
