"Staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, and the lady that took our order\served us was wonderful. The coffee maker in the room is my only real complaint It did not work well and made really bad coffee. No coffee available in the lobby."

I was then moved to a much better room. I ordered room service via the online system, but they never got the order. Two hours later, they did comp the meal, but needless to say, I had been waiting a long time! Not sure that I would stay there again."
