The staff was delightful especially upon our arrival we were a bit frazzled from a long drive and Kima greeted us to help us Park and get our bags to our room. "What a wonderful place this is.We had an apartment 206.Fully equipped with everything we needed.A beautiful view .Lovely views around the bar near the swimming pool.The staff here were excellent,nothing was too much trouble,The restaurant food is excellent and very resonably priced.SISSY IN THE RESTAURANT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND,what a wonder lady she is. Stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the peacefulness and quietude of the private reserve, as well as the great views of the hills. A little bit out of town, and there is a winding, relatively narrow dirt track that you have to drive up to access the rooms. Accommodation was very clean and well kept and staff were helpful and friendly. Was a little surprised the rooms weren’t totally self-contained considering the location is a bit out of the way- we were expecting there would be laundry...

This place is perfect! 2 minute walk to the beach, amazing rooms, and great food. The staff were really accommodating and generous with their support for activities and queries. On a rainy day, I decided to book a treatment at the spa and it was excellent! My favourite aspect of this venue was their display of South African artists. I adored the art and even managed to visit some of the artists studios after leaving the hotel to make purchases. Highly recommend this venue.
