Joanie`s Farmhouse · Waterfront with Hot Tub

  • Joanie`s Farmhouse is a fully renovated farmhouse located on a private 20 acre waterfront farm on Lake Ontario. Enjoy your stay relaxing down at the lake (located down the lane), or touring the local restaurants, wineries, and breweries with friends and family.

    Conveniently located, 10 minutes drive to the Glenora ferry bringing you to Prince Edward County or 25 minutes drive to Kingston.

    Large lakefront located down the lane, next to the barn (walk or drive down!) has a dock, fire pit, chairs, and lots of space to gather.

    We are close by should you need anything during your stay!

    Please note, periodically you may see people on the property to access farm buildings or equipment.
