"We stayed at Geigers Canp for our honeymoon after our initial lodge closed due to flooding, and could not have been happier with our stay! The property is rustic, beautiful, and well kept and the staff are very kind and welcoming. Every aspect of our stay at the property (especially the food) was excellent. We also had the team of Josh and David as our guide/tracker for the game drives and had an amazing experience, with plenty of Big 5 sightings along with many other exciting animals that Timbavati has to offer. We would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay at Geigers. One piece of advice to the property, I highly recommend marketing Geigers Camp on social media like Instagram with its own page! It’s such a great property and deserves its own spotlight!"

"One star for the dinner and the dinner staff, one star for the coffee shop and the shop staff, then 0 stars for the rest of the service and the staff. The hotel safari tour is a scam - you spend almost an hour waiting at the gate and another 40 minutes “resting” in the middle of the tour. Our guide clearly just wanted to spend as much a time as possible chilling. More than half of the hotel staff don’t know what they’re talking about - giving us false information before we even arrived and continued like that during our stay. The pool restaurant takes one hour to serve a burger and a pasta, which taste very bad."

"What a fantastic stay st the AM! We were given a large house of our own with its own swimming pool! The staff were excellent and the food by chef Ana was delicious!! Fresh, tasty and she made vegan for me and healthy for my traveling partner!! The animal guides were knowledgable and we saw many animals during the morning and evening drives. Then the boat cruise through the nearby canyon was fabulous!"

"If you're looking for a wonderful African experience, Honeyguide Khoka Moya Camp is great. The tent experience with wild animals steps away, the two three hour safaris every day, and the relatively small number of campers makes for a great time."
