"I was traveling with a friend, girls trip, and we enjoyed the pool and access to the beach. There was a nice variety of restaurants and we enjoyed the spa. I was surprised by the hidden fees throughout our time there - starting with $16/day paid parking. Tip is typically already included on the bill, so I encourage people to be mindful of that. Our room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days during our stay and we had to request more towels and waters. For a 5 star resort, I did expect a higher quality of service and attention to detail."

"My stay was horrible the first 2 days . My television and fridge did not work the first night . After spending 4 hours of my vacation taking to staff they moved my room . The television did not work in that room and they did not fix it so no television for 24 hours the next day after mentioning it again it was replaced. The grounds were maintained there were a couple of staff that were kind. Deyter was kind and helpful. The trolley stopped once . I saved for this vacation and I should have went somewhere else. My co worker had a similar experience at another resort. We live in a time where kindness and human decency are a bonus but I saved for this vacation and the staff acted like it was a bother for them to do the basics. I work hard and I spent my money to be treated bad for 48 hours that is sad, My room was fine after that to be fair housekeeping was impressive. Some of the staff on my 3 night were nice but my first 2 nights were horrible."

"The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly friendly and even secured our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival stress-free. Everything was ready for us when it was time to check in, and the entire process was smooth and welcoming. The on-site restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend the pasta and the shrimp tacos both were delicious. We also enjoyed breakfast every morning; everything on the menu was great and very reasonably priced. The property was clean, comfortable, and the staff truly made our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."
