    Other Things to Note:

    To give you peace of mind and maintain our standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property.

    We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £25 per stay that covers up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay. Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of £250. The hold on your payment method will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages.

    In case you travel with pets, please note that there is a pet fee applicable of £50 per pet per stay.

House not clean Terrible location

The house was unclean actual cobwebs on the windows smelt very musty like dog smell, no internet connection, and in a terrible location with major building works surrounding property
