The bathroom measures approximately 6 ft × 6 ft (1.83 m × 1.83 m). It includes a shower, toilet and wash basin and is a compact, practical bathroom with all the essential facilities.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

1. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Enso Connect, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details by providing an ID and taking a selfie.



There is a small processing fee for the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable accidental damage waiver. As a policy, we do not normally accept guests under 21 years old. If you are under 21 and still wish to stay, a refundable deposit of Five hundred British Pounds will be required, and the damage waiver option will not be available.
