Welcome to Modern City Apartment, a stylish and well-finished apartment designed for a comfortable city stay. The apartment is cosy and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive. It is ideal for solo travellers, couples or small families. The living room sofa converts into a comfortable bed, the kitchen is fully equipped, and premium bedding and furnishings ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room that easily converts into a comfortable double bed- ideal for extra guests. Please note that the sofa-bed is smaller in size and may be more comfortable for children and teenagers than for adults.

A modern, fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine provide everything you need for a worry-free stay. There is no oven in the apartment, but there is an Indesit microwave with a grill function. The living room is a private space, so it can be used either as an additional bedroom or as a comfortable family area.

The apartment is located on the ground floor.

Unlike many older buildings in the city, the apartment is located in a newly built, high-quality building, offering a more modern and comfortable living environment. The building was completed in 2025 and includes eco-friendly features such as solar panels.

Parking is available next to the building. Please note that the spaces are shared with neighbouring residents, so availability may vary depending on the time of day and the season, and we are unable to reserve parking spaces in advance.

If no space is available when you arrive, additional parking can be found nearby. King Street, located close to the property, offers free parking overnight, which many guests find convenient.

Before your arrival, you will receive a rental agreement to sign, which includes all the house rules.
