Great Stirrup Cay Holidays from NZ$2,050

The room was clean; however, it was difficult to get fresh towels. The staff were mostly friendly, but there were times when they seemed annoyed or ignored you completely, the Wi-Fi is awful. We had no Wi-Fi in our room, and the only place you could get Wi-Fi was in the lobby area.

Overall great resort especially for families

The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues. The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them. The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water. Garnishes on drinks were missing some days because they “ran out” and it often felt overcrowded with cruise ship guests. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout.
