The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to our issues with the room. Although we had problems with the room the fact that the staff was so helpful they rescued our stay. "

"I was impressed with this facility. The rooms are nice and the lobby is beautiful. We stayed here while traveling through Cheyenne. The power was out in Cheyenne due to a bad windstorm. Luckily, power was restored to the hotel about an hour prior to our arrival. The staff provided sandwiches free of charge since their restaurant and most restaurants in the city were closed."

"Hotel was really clean, quiet and well priced. The room had to face cloths so bring a loofa to shower. There is a nice pool but no hot tub. Had a great stay. Great job."
