"Had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was very family-friendly. The water park was a great experience for our 3yr old daughter, and the included breakfast was nice. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"The hotel staff were very courteous and respectful and treated us very well. Rooms were clean and in pretty decent shape. My only issue was that the valet parking was an addition $55 a night. Not sure how safe it is to leave car street side, but no lot to self park was disappointing. Free coffee was great, continental breakfast would have made it even better or heck, discount at the recent next door."

"I did not know enough about what the hotel provides so I was disappointed in the breakfast. When we arrived our room was not ready (4:30) for about 45 minutes. It was fine when we got in."

"I recommend this hotel and I would stay again. We just wished that they were more flexible on the early check-in or late checkout policies. Valet parking is also $60. We parked at the garage next-door for $11 per night."

"This hotel was one for the books! We arrived late right when the pool closed at 9pm however my kids were still able to feed the Koi fish. The restaurant was awesome and amazing staff! We arrived late they had a band and people dancing, however they were still able to make food for us since we had kids. Overall I very kid and family oriented place!"

"Everything was fine except the thermostat in our room was missing batteries. So maintenance came and tried to put batteries in but it still wasnt functional. So he brought us a portable a/c that saved us for sure. It would have been unbearable without it. Only draw back was that the exhaust for the portable ac had to be ran out our poolside room door, which made it hard for the kids to get in and out to the pool area, and also we had to leave the sliding door to the pool area open all night due to the ac exhaust. Maintenance guy was awesome in getting us the portable ac. We couldn't of stayed if we didnt get that."
