"Staff was awesome"

"Immaculate hotel, easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff. Close proximity to the airport, with a free shuttle included. Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy breakfast as I had an early morning flight to catch, but on my next upcoming business trip to Regina (next week, coincidentally), I’ll have the opportunity to spend a few days at this location. As someone who travels extensively (I typically stay at hotels eight months annually), I would recommend this venue!"

"Great family hotel if you have kids. Rooms are basic and breakfast was OK but nothing great. BUT our kids loved the waterpark and it was so convenient that it was attached to our hotel. We alao ordered pizza and wings after or waterpark day to our room and that was GREAT FOOD! "

"The breakfast was good-cooked there by staff and not "hospital eggs." The staff member serving breakfast was not very pleasant.There was a Mother's Day event going on that we were not aware of when we booked the room. The entire mezzanine was completely crowded with people there for the event and apparently the pool had been rented out for the event and was completely crowded. By the time the event was over, the pool and hot tub closed and we weren't able to use them. When we arrived there was no place to park our vehicles due to the event going on. One elevator was out of order and when we checked in, there didn't seem to be staff who knew where the elevator was.The room was ok-some of the people we were with did not have a working TV. "

"Water park was great and over all a great experience. Room had many issues that made us unhappy. Will go back to the water park but unsure if I'll stay in the hotel again."
