"Excellent property, very clean , awesome view of falls. The linens and towels were very clean and spotless. I got the premium two bedroom with falls view and the view was stunning from 44th floor. The room had the jet tub as well and kids had a blast. Few minor things noticed was that Room or property doesn’t have a microwave if you have any food to heat. Also no coffee or hot chocolate if you were looking for one at the lobby but have Starbucks and few other vendors who sell those."

"The staff is very helpful, always ready to answer any question about the hotel or about the city of Chicago. The hotel is very clean , the breakfast is very good with many choices and the staff in the restaurant is excellent. My wife and I stayed in that place for eight days and seven nights and we are very happy to be there. Also the hotel is in a very good location very close to some of the most important places of Chicago. If you want to visit the beautiful city of Chicago do not miss the opportunity to know this hotel."

"The three night stay at the end of our Canadian holiday was just as enjoyable and memorable as the three at the start. Another warm welcome from Tim on reception and friendly staff encountered throughout the hotel. Lovely clean room and some well-cooked dinners in the restaurant. This was our fourth stay and, if we are ever back in Toronto, there will definitely be a fifth!"

"I stayed here for 5 nights 4 days and I have to honestly say my stay was just okay. The ONLY best part of my stay was the kids corner place located on the second floor. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and it was $30/$40 per person, the omelette was the only item I enjoyed, the pancakes were hard and the French toast was no flavor and soggy. The rooms were very outdated in my opinion, no room service, the AC was not operating at the time because it was winter time and they don’t operate the ac systems during the winter time. They use cool air instead of the AC, which I feel was not cool since it did get hot on some nights. The parking structure had pipes corroded pipes and was leaking on the cars. They had yellow caution tape on most of the parking stalls making it impossible to park on the main parking levels. The restaurant was under construction and was re-opening next week so they didn’t have some of the menu items I saw online that looked good. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the kid friendly amenities and that was a plus, they also have an indoor pool and water slide which was good but we didn’t use the pool area. My overall experience was just okay but I will not be booking this hotel again!"
