We went for a concert at Pine Knob, its super close to the venue. It's cozy, quiet and the deck on the lake is night to just chill on and watch nature.

Very unique property, like going back in time to a rustic lodge. The unit we got was extremely spacious with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Very clean and furnished well enough for our brief 2-day stay. The lake was pretty but the water had been treated so could not swim but not an issue. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

The lake out back was cute and everything was clean but the beds were extremely firm which is not good for me.I also found the scents hard. I unplugged the air freshener but I think they must use downy unstoppables for the sheets because the smell never went away even though I opened the windows.

Very cozy and relaxing! The room itself very clean and felt like a little cabin, had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen! We had a water view and it was just so beautiful and we spent some time right outside our room on the big deck just listening to the water and ducks/geese pass by. If we have to come back to the area again we will definitely be staying here!

Great room, such a great little cabin. The staff are amazing and we absolutely love staying here! Comfy bed, toasty fireplace, nice kitchenette! Cannot wait to come in the summer to enjoy the deck and lake and kayaking.

Quaint, old-school rooms, reminiscent of the 50's Bates Motel. Efficiency kitchen included a single-unit stove and sink, with a small fridge underneath. Room was clean and comfortable. The big draw didn't disappoint: a large porch ran along the back of half the rooms of the property and was right on the water's edge. Folks were fishing off the porch all day, some of them successfully. Lots of friendly strangers just hanging out together on the water. It was unexpectedly cool.

While old the place met all my needs. Maybe a rug or mat by the doors as the floors are hardwood and the snow from my shoes made water puddles but I didn’t want to use towels. The bed was good. Easy check in and out. They were nice enough to let me check-in before I had to go to a meeting (enough though I couldn’t get into my room) as I wouldn’t be getting back to the hotel until late. I appreciated the way they were running their business.
