"Upon arrival the first thing i noticed was how clean the location was. Everything was profided, even some juice and water in the mini fridge :) the location was great! Close to walk most places, but also away from the hussle and bussle. I had such a great time enjoying the sites and beautiful falls. "The property was clean and well stocked with items needed! The property was close to restaurants and shopping downtown. Despite road conditions for construction, it was still really easy to navigate. Actually gave us the opportunity to see the gorgeous houses on the side roads! Loved this place and will come again. "House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!"

"Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets."

"We enjoyed the style of the complex and apartment. The walk to Niagara Falls during the fall was so beautiful. We did not care for the city and all the noisey few blocks away...it had carnival vibes, but Niagara Falls was breath taking and the street the house was on was quiet and pleasant."

"Our family of eight stayed here for six days. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts are accommodating. However, the kids ran around from upstairs, even though it was quite late at night and we were trying to sleep in the lower level of the house. One of my relatives is handicapped and had difficulty going up the stairs because there was only one handrail for her to use, and she can only use one side of her body. Having handrails on both sides would be safest for anyone with mobility...
