When I was trying to check staffing in the morning shift was very Disrespectful and kept telling me I could not even talk to her till 3 o’clock because that was when my check-in time was to , and I got there at 2:45. The pool was nasty and disgusting. Oh my looking forward to using it. The breakfast was horrible. In a brown paper bag. The checkout stuff the next morning was pleasant

Situated in a great location that has easy access to shopping, restaurants and event venues. You can access a lot more restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 minute drive. The premises are clean, quiet and comfortable. Underground parking is a great advantage as well. Breakfast was advertised and when I inquired I was told it ran till 11:00AM but on a couple of occassion I went downstairs and there was nothing. I was probably misinformed and had the timings wrong. Either way still a great place if you want to rest for a couple of days.

The hotel looks run down from the outside. Inside it has been completely remodeled. Yes, you can stay else where for more expensive amenities, but for this price it is fair. We've actually stayed 3 separate times.The breakfast is a grab-and-go but it is plenty of food. Our room was clean with everything working. If you want to pay more money stay at the top-dollar hotels right off of the interstate.

The area has a high homeless population. The floor in the bathroom was sticky, this may have been something tracked in from the dirty elevator. Seams from the tub to the surround showed black mould. Staff was pleasant. Bed was fine. Noise transfer terrible.
