"The room was very modern, clean and stylish, with some really nice features. The large TV, comfortable queen-size bed, coffee machine and complimentary canned water were all great touches. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and really not fit for purpose. The mattress was extremely hard with very little padding, and the sheet provided simply slid off the leather surface, meaning you ended up sleeping directly on the leather cushion. The ladder to the bunk bed was very steep and slippery, making it feel unsafe to climb, particularly at night. In the bathroom, water escaped from underneath the shower door, so we had to put a towel down to stop it spreading across the floor. The room could also benefit from more hooks for hanging coats, towels and other items, as well as a small fridge. The phones were located in the lift areas, but there were very few of them. Although there were a few things we needed, it felt too late to go wandering around the corridors trying to find one. It would also have been helpful to have some basic extras in the room, such as spare pillows, a sewing kit and other small essentials. Overall, the room looked fantastic and was very clean and modern, but some practical improvements would make a big difference to the comfort and safety of the stay. The sofa bed and bunk ladder in particular need attention."

"It’s my second time staying here, I stayed in Sept 2024 and again Oct 2026 . I like the room with comfy beds . The breakfast is good and the hotel is well maintained. Definitely I’ll stay here again."

"Hotel was not the easiest to find and we ended up checking in at the sister hotel and then being shown where the correct location of our hotel was. All staff were friendly, the room was clean and there were plenty of towels available. Tea and coffee were provided in the room but we only had 2 coffee bags for 2 people staying for 3 nights, these weren’t topped up at any point throughout the stay. When we arrived on the Friday evening we had no hot water in the room but it was late so we just left it, on Saturday morning we still had no hot water so had to go down to reception to be advised there was no hot water on the whole estate and engineers were working on the issue, we felt the communication from the hotel regarding this was sadly lacking, we weren’t advised of this at check in and unless we hadn’t gone to reception to ask we would not of been made aware of the issue. I did however get an email at 4.45 pm on the Saturday evening to say the water issue had been resolved."
