Staff was not too help when we checked in, but next morning different crew seemed to be a bit more friendly. Close location to the center. The only problem we had was finding a closed by place to park. We had to park some distance away in the parking garage and walk to the hotel to get more info on where to park closer. They do have a private parking close by where we were able to park but lost over an hour to find this out. Overall good experience, room and bathroom was clean.

Room wasn’t ready until 5 pm, despite check-in being at 1pm. But they promptly offered us complimentary breakfast and assisted us with parking for our rental car. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but it’s how they deal with issues that makes the difference. In the end, the hotel was fantastic and they made things right by me. Thank you Drei Raben!

It was fine for the price. Decor is a little tired, but the room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly but they leave early. Breakfast was great. Very few parking spaces available so we ended up having to pay 38€ to park in a garage for a day and half before moving to the hotel’s parking for 13€. If you need parking, be sure to arrange it early!

A nice weekend getaway
This hotel checks most of the boxes. From the available hotels I saw, I can say this one is great value for dollar/euro. It’s walking distance to the old town. The bed is super comfy, it was quiet, and it had all the usual amenities. Also, despite what this website told me, there is actually a receptionist and you don’t have to contact them as the email mentioned I had to do. The only knock on the place is the price for breakfast.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Graz
Fantastic hotel for the price. You get quite a lot. We arrived the first night after hours (12:30AM) and were still able to check in effortlessly thanks to the key box and code given to us. Hotel room was spotless and modern. Shower was AMAZING! Super powerful pressure. Loved loved loved that! Also loved how close it was to the heart of the city. (10 minute walk). Plenty of cafe’s around too. Helpful and polite staff as well. Would highly recommend this hotel.

You get what you pay for
This is a very basic hotel. Clean enough, a little noisy and a little out of the centre. Receptionist although friendly is not very knowledgable about weather conditions.

Did forget expensive watch in there. They never phoned to say you have forgoten the watch , I did phone them but they saying we havent found it even on tracker shows its there. I have reported to police. That people there are not honest at all.

Guest called some days after his departure and told us, that he misses his watch. We looked at the room several times and did not find his watch. We told him the truth: No watch was found at any time in "his" room! It may be a bad experience to loose a thing, which is important. But it is not correct to call us theaves without any proove.

Good stay
Service as the desk etc was very good. Room cleaning could have been better as seemed like it was only done every other day. Area is not great but it is only a short walk to the centre of town or the train station so makes it good for ease.

It was okay for one night.
We stayed one night to visit Graz. The hotel location was good as it was walkable to the old town (15 min) and the clock tower (30 min). The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was dated and didn't give us feelings of 4 star hotel.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good communication prior to late arrival. Did not have breakfast there due to price. Single room was comfortable, a bit on the small size but not a problem. Ideal location for train station and easy access to centre.

Good hotel in a convenient location.
Very convenient location (although not the prettiest), about halfway between the train station and the city centre, and easy walking distance to both. There are also several tram stops right outside the hotel. Good qualty breakfast, although quite expensive. The room was decent enough and included a mini-bar and tea/coffee making facilities, which is not very common in Europe. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but there are many good places to eat and drink in the city centre, and lot's of takeaways and cafes nearby. The staff were very polite and efficient during check in/out and spoke good English. The WiFi speed in the room was excellent, probably the best I have experienced at any hotel. The minor downsides were that the room was too warm and I couldn't figure out the air conditioning, and there was sometimes noise from people walking around in the rooms above due to the creaky floorboards. Overall I would happily stay here again if I come back to Graz.

Hotel is 3 tram stop from the main square by the river so it is good place to stay. Hint - buy an all day ticket for 5 Euro. Shopping and Food area is mainly near the main square.

Good location, fair price
The hotel is well located, about half-way between the railway station and the old town. The rooms are comfortable, the furniture is IKEA style. The bathroom is small and has only a shower. The service is friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet is typical of Austria, with a good selection of cold cuts and cheeses.

The rooms were of old decor and design but fairly spacious and clean. Internet was messy and kept dropping out. Location quite good - just outside the centre. Price was good so overall worth it.

Bin selten in einem so sauberen und qualitativ hochwertigen Hotel zu solch einem Preis untergekommen, es grenzt an ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich und haben es mir sogar erlaubt, dass ich den Check Out 2 Stunden später mache. Habe mich zudem sehr sicher gefühlt, weil die Türe zum Hotel nach 16 Uhr nur mit der Hotelkarte aufgeht, insofern kann auch nicht jeder aus der Straße hinein. Insgesamt: 10 von 10 !!! :)
