"Great location and super clean beach condo! The host communicated well and we enjoyed the extra comfort items (snack bag goodies, bathroom essentials, ear plugs, fans, games to play, and kitchen items like Saran Wrap and salt and pepper). It was literally steps to the beach and trails and the deck was nice to get a feel for how the weather was before heading out."

"It is a very nice comfortable condo where the ocean and beach is very close. The two balconies make it easy to enjoy the view. We saw some gray whale activity and also enjoyed the birds, deer, and the fishing boat activity."

"Proximity to beach was great."

"We love coming here! Always clean and convenient."

"The carpet was covered in stains and when we arrived there were wet stained spots in the walkway. It smelled like cleaning supplies trying to mask pet odors. We were given 3 towels and 3 wash clothes for 3 guests and had to exchange our 2 dirty towels before we could get the appropriate count of 3 towels. There were no cups for the coffee pot and 1 filter for 3 days. Overall, a rundown property, which I don't mind as a older ocean...
