"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"Eine schöne Ferienanlage mit hübschen Häusern, Hallenbad und Spielplatz. Leider kein Strand in der Anlage. Novasol hat dort leider keine Rezeption und ist nur telefonisch zu erreichen. Die Gaststätte in der Anlage war nicht einzuschätzen, da keine Speisekarte aushing, wollte aber einen edlen Eindruck machen. Die Häuser selber fand ich sehr hübsch mit Terrasse und Balkon, 4 Schlafzimmern, winziger Sauna und Whirlpool sowie Dusche im Badezimmer. Der Duschvorhang war vermutlich schon lange nicht...

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt angenehm, jedoch störte uns die zentrale Lage des Hauses, da es dadurch rundherum etwas lauter war und wir von allen Seiten beobachtet werden konnten. "Es war gemütlich und sauber, einzig die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, die Betten schon etwas durchgelegen und das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, Sofa bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich, Sauna auch. Stromkosten sind durch die Elektroheizung im Winter (und Saunanutzung) allerdings hoch..... Sehr ungünstig ist, dass man den Schlüssel bei Novasol in Sonderborg holen und abgeben muss! Man schaut aufs Wasser und dahinter kommt leider...
