"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as seen in the photos. Very clean and well furnished. While we didn’t do any cooking during our stay, it looked like the kitchen was equipped with everything one would needed to cook meals during their stay. Just bring your own groceries and something to store leftovers in, i.e, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, etc. The property is definitely accessible for anyone that relies on a wheelchair or walker to get around. It has a ramp that allows for access into the house and a large roll-in shower in the main suite bathroom with a shower seat. The remotes that allow for control of the ceiling fans and lights add to the accessibility. Thank you to Angelina who provided us with property info, and made the check in/out process easy. She also provided us with her direct contact info should anything problems arise during our stay. If we visit the Gulfport area again, we will definitely try booking this property again. "
"Didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting. Our room 401 was newly redecorated with fresh paint, carpet, modern lighting and was clean throughout. Tub was dated. Across the street from the Gulf of MEXICO. No complimentary breakfast but they did offer a cooked to order from the menu for a fee. I would definitely stay here again. 9/18/25 for 3 nights."
"We stayed for a bachelor trip during Labor Day weekend. The house was amazing and everyone had a bed PLUS some. We had 11 guys total. Great spot close to casinos, fishing, beach. "

"Super easy check-in process. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It was like home away from home! Everything was clean and comfy. The bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the front porch swing! We enjoyed our stay at Mockingbird Dreams and if we come back to the area, we'd for sure stay there again!"
