"The house was amazing. We loved every minute of our time. We also rented the boat and that was also amazing. The house has everything you might need and your own personal little beach. Absolutely amazing. The only downside, which was out of the owners hands, were the geese and their love of the beach. This did not negatively impacted our stay.... just did a little clean up in the morning so my dog wouldn't be tempted with the geese "presents". The lake was beautiful and the private mini beach was so relaxing. I do not like algae and the lake seemed to have a lot of it (which was known shared with us ahead of time) so I did not go deep from the beach but others did not have a problem with it! As an FYI, the owners of the rental put in a bubbler (?) And that definitely helped control/ reduce the algae/ lake grass. We also took little drives to other towns for dinner and to enjoy the area. The ice cream shop in annandale..... or favorite! All in all, it was one of the best and most relaxing vacations we have had. From days on the water to early evenings exploring to nights sitting outside watching the water.....10 out of 10 would recommend!!"

"The cabin was great. The queen bed was very comfy. We brought our double kayak and spent a lot of time paddling and relaxing on the deck. There are two single kayaks available with the cabin along with a floating raft and boat toys. We'll be back."

"This was a wonderful escape for our group of 8. It gave us plenty of space to play games, enjoy meals, play pool and cool of in the lake. The home had lots of windows and skylights to let in the light. Beautiful."

"Beautiful, fairly secluded property right on lake Howard. It was perfect to have 2 duplexes right next to each other for our group. The main duplex is big enough for everyone to gather together there to eat and hangout. Highly recommend this stay!"

"The living space was more than sufficient. Wonderful open space and lake view. Beds/bedding very excellent Sauna was a very nice addition. Lots of water activity for the kiddos. Plenty of parking. Additional refrigerator down stairs was nice. Bathrooms:shower’s excellent! Very appreciative "

"Property has a good layout with a nice pool for the kids to use right in back of the house. Very relaxing and quiet area. Had our breakfast outside on the large table with comfortable chairs. I would highly recommend this home for those who have grandchildren or kids as it offers good sleeping arrangements and bathrooms."
