"Excellent service! I asked for sugar free maple syrup for my waffle which they did not have. The next morning there was a bottle of sugar free maple syrup on my table. That's what I call Excellent service! They also gave us everything we asked for during our stay including extra towels. And when we complained about our noisy neighbors, they moved us to a quiet room on the other side of the building free of charge! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The room was very comfortable, the fireplace was an unexpected plus, and very much appreciated. Internet was fast and the hosts were super nice and friendly. We hope we can stay again! Also if you get the opportunity definitely try to join them for the horse feeding 10/10 one of the highlights of our entire trip to North Carolina."

"Stayed 6 days over Thanksgiving! Absolutely lovely! The cabin had EVERYTHING you could want or need. It's nestled in a perfect spot facing the lake. The grounds, interior and exterior are all perfectly designed. A covered porch is located on the front AND the back of the cabin. The interior is beautifully maintained with comfy leather furniture, very comfortable mattresses and super clean. We were able to prepare our entire Thanksgiving meal in a nice spacious kitchen. Each day we took a walk in the cool air around the lake. It was an absolutely perfect experience "
