"Room and premises are so terrible. Room was leaks on ceiling, no power at some area such as phone, tv, etc. no basic necessary items such bathroom utilities. People crashed lines on my car at parking lot. "

"During graduation weekend- they had one person at the front desk who was unwilling to get towels for the customer- said she was the only person working and they “ran out” which is unacceptable. When I said it was unacceptable she said she didn’t know what she wanted me to do. "

"I had a horrible experience. The bathroom ceiling had peeling paint. The carpet in the room had old food, the food was dried up meaning it was there for a long time (I never brought any food into the hotel). Also, I have pictures . The only reason I gave two stars was because of the breakfast, you can tell the breakfast ladies love their jobs. If not for the breakfast, I will give a negative star if possible. The cleaners are not doing a good job at all. No way I’m staying in a hotel like that again."

"Carpets throughout were stained, sheers in room were torn and room very tired. Clean but in need up updating. Disappointing overall for the price of the room. Hotel is close to Duke and we did find a great place to eat. Try Local 22 Kitchen & Bar. Very good restaurant, reasonably priced nice atmosphere. Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. "
