"Neighbors to my room are obviously smoking.And nonsmoky area, causing a smoke cigarette.Smell in my room the whole night"

"Shower is dangerously slippery and I almost fell twice and bathroom door was broken and didn’t close properly. Strange smell, I’m guessing the drains. Also the bed was weird.. sloped so you could roll off. Heater set at 80 degrees in breakfast room, every one was complaining… I don’t think they wanted anyone in there! "

"Arrived at 230pm was told check in was 3 I was ok with that came back around 5:45 still can't check in. My husband who is in a wheelchair chair and I was told to sit in the lobby and that our room would be ready in 15 minutes. We were not given a room until 8pm Next morning I ask if we could have a late check out. I was told no and the front desk personnel was very aggressive and mean as of I was asking her for a million dollars. I stayed at this location before and didn't have an issue but this day in question was horrible. I was told by management I would get a free hotel stay at any of there locations, never did. "
