We reserved at this particular hotel because it has a pool and breakfast included. However, the pool was under renovations, so we could not use it, and the breakfast had very little to it. With four kids in tow, it would have been nice to know the pool wasn't available, and have more options with breakfast. Cereal would have been very easy to put out on the counter. The bathtub in our room was old and badly in need of upkeep (staining on the tub, broken drain plug), and the toilet was badly maintained (water had a grey hue to it at all times).

I recommend !
Chose this hotel to stay in because it was close to a college I was visiting. Convenient location, gas and snacks across the street. Plenty of restaurants withing 20 miles. I received the exact room I booked online. The room appeared clean and the beds were comfortable enough for a 1 night stay. Three pillows each on the queen beds and 2 for the pull out couch. Fails; No bed sheet for the pull out couch. In room coffee was a bust. Was given single serve filter to make in a 12 cup machine. One super tiny shampoo in shower. The indoor pool was closed during our stay, but the expensive game room was open! lol Lastly, the Free breakfast was pretty lousy. The desk staff was very, very nice (guy with red hair). Overall, This is a really good hotel at a great price. I recommend bringing your own shower toiletries. If staying for more than 1 night, definitely bring your own coffee, filters and breakfast items to make use of the kitchenette!

The first impression was the smell. Once we entered the hotel there was a distinct smell that was not appealing. This smell was also on the 3rd floor and in the room. Not sure if it was a disinfectant. The night personal were fantastic.

Nice hotel with a water slide and indoor pool - nice for kiddos ages 8-12. Rooms have kitchenettes that are decent. Some features are a little outdated, and the breakfast is very basic. Very good value for the price.

We came on a family trip and had 3 kids included in this trip. The waterslide in the pool was a huge hit. They had a great time. The breakfast is a small selection but for our family it was perfect. The only con we had was the Wi-Fi was super slow and sometimes was so slow that we couldn’t use it. I definitely don’t recommend for someone who needs access to the internal. Overall, the experience was really great for a family vacation!

I spent three nights here around Christmas time. I was looking for a place to host a small family get together because my mother couldn't travel to anyone's house but her place was not appropriate. I had an accessible room with two queen beds. It didn't have the coffee table pictured on the website, probably because it would have interfered with wheelchair or scooter access. The accessible bathroom was very helpful for my mother. It's a good thing she wasn't staying there, because I don't think she could have gotten her wheelchair to the side of either bed. The cupboards were too high for me, an able-bodied 5 ft 1 individual. The beds were comfortable, but we brought our own pillows. The square pillows provided by the hotel are bizarre. Other reviews complained about the towels but they seemed fine to me. The staff were friendly and helpful. I needed help with two items and both were resolved promptly. Breakfast options were pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, or yogurt, with juice and coffee. No cereal and no omelet station. There was fresh fruit. Kids loved watching the pancakes come out of the machines. Adults really missed the omelet station. For other meals, the kitchenette had the basics. You could also borrow a Crock-Pot or blender if you needed it. The refrigerator is larger than a dorm fridge, but not full size. The room had very few electrical outlets. I would stay there again.
