"Mold in the rooms. Cars on blocks in the parking lot without tires. Police were called. Police told us this property is utilized by unsavory characters and advise us to stay someone else."

"What a great family weekend! The house was perfect. We had 19 people and the accommodations was more than we could ask for. From the Welcome Basket when we arrived to the indoor pool and game room! The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of beach towels in the pool area. The game room was fun for the kids to hang out. We enjoyed the deer in the morning walking by to the look out over Lake Michigan. Highly recommend the beautiful home. "

"Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The first issue was the heat did not work and my mom froze. I was going to report it but when we left the room the next morning, it came on as we were heading out. We fugured it was now working. Next night checked made sure it was on heat, got in the bed and woke up cold again. Wnd issue was checking out. I prepaid theough hotels.com and when I turned in my keys the ckerk said yiur card did not go through. I showed where I paid in advance and told her that the card I used for incidentals was valid and had available credit. I had no incidental charges. She had to call the manager and held me up 15 minutes for I don't know what. Bad experience"

"The room was very clean. Amazing view of the lake. The bed was actually comfortable (I never think hotel beds are). Great area. We ate at the restaurant next door and then walked downtown for drinks… great area. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5/5 was because the family in the next room was very loud, kind of not the hotels fault, but still."

"This was one of the best hotel experiences that I have had in quite a while. The front desk check in was very nice. Payton seemed to enjoy her job and was extremely helpful. Easy and free parking. Clean and spacious rooms. A great bar/restaurant in the hotel. We will definitely return. A great addition to the town of Rockford!"

"The room was ok however the bathroom had a safety handle that was falling of of the wall by the tub and the lotion bottle was broken off the wall. We were very disappointed that the hottub was out of commission completely and the pool was cold. Also the only working ice machine was at the front desk."
