The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with great views. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The amenities were top-notch, and everything felt well organized and high quality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guadalajara."

"First of all I call to get transportation from airport to the hotel and there wasn’t any transportation on that time the receptionist told me that I have to wait an hour or more if I want to get transportation, I had to pay a taxi to get to the hotel. After that I did the check in and when they gave us the room there was like 3 spiders on the wall and bad. I have 3 kids and they were scare to sleep on this room. I won’t recommend to any people to stay at ANB hotel."

"De todos los hoteles que visite en mi viaje a Mx, éste fue mi favorito, desde la llegada hasta la salida. Cuenta con parqueo propio, super seguro. Te reciben con mucha amabilidad y dispuestos a ayudar! Debo resaltar las atenciones de Alexis quien nos ayudó con nuestras maletas, nos conversó del lugares claves y nos dio información para los tours de la ciudad (tour a tequila) que no nos arrepentimos!. El hotel está en el centro, muy cómoda ubicación, nuestra habitación super cómoda, limpia, y nada de ruido de la calle."
