"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "Primeiro dia: Ao chegar na suíte, constatamos banheiro totalmente sujo (pia, vaso e box). Jantar romântico proposto pelo Hotel serviram comida gelada. A proprietária nem quis ouvir a reclamação passando o assunto para funcionária que ignorou e não solucionou o problema. Faltou água (para tomar banho e no vaso sanitário). Água da torneira saindo com sujeiras sendo que no segundo dia saiu com muito mais sujeiras e com cor amarela. Áreas gramadas de circulação e recreação repletas de esterco de...
