"Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"

"House was great for our family’s needs (my wife and two kids, 3 and 5). Gas station/grocery store not too far away. A wonderful (and secluded) beach a few minutes drive away; lots of seashells for the kids, and gorgeous views. About a 10-15 minute drive away to a great lookout for whale watching. The town itself is quite small so as long as you are willing to drive for restaurants/activites, it’s a great launching pad for other activities in the area."
