This was commented on earlier by my wife, we had issues with the TV, not working, not enough staff to fix it properly, we were not going to change rooms at 11:30 at night, one item that was exceptional was the restaurant called the office.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is, our room had only one outlet on the wall the beds were on and it was behind one of the beds. There was no where for us to plug in our phones. We ended up moving a lamp from the desk over to where the beds were because cause the lamp had two additional plugs in on the base. Just really weird.

Hot breakfast everyday. Our front desk attendant Maureen was cheerful, helpful and even called up to the room to see if we had everything we needed. Easy access from road when entering grande Praire from Edmonton way. Walking distance to mall and shoppers drug mart. Has pool and restaurant on-site. I always stay here when I come to Grande Prarie.

Always a great stay at this property. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the free hot breakfast buffet, but I was a little disappointed when instead of real scrambled eggs being provided, they cheapened out and provided processed egg patties. Also no bacon was provided either. The rest was great as usual.
