Furnace was so loud, the towels were see through and only 2 towels when I booked for 3 people☹️But it was a warm place to stay when we had to stop due to slippery road conditions

Terrible place, rooms are a blockband a half from the office, rooms old and run down, bathroom is vety small couldn't drain the sink. Price was cheap but not worth the $120 that we paid.

I wasn't happy with the hotel as it wasn't what was shown in the pictures. There were no pictures for the outside of the hotel so you didn't know that it was a very old building. The lot wasn't plowed so you had to plow through the snow to get to your room. The bathroom door was coming off it's hinge and the tiles were missing grout. This is more a place for rig workers to stay. The lady at the desk didn't seem to be worried that it wasn't what was advertized. They also did a double pre authorization for the full price of the rooms (we had two) together. So instead of only pre authorizing the price of each room seperately, they did the full price of both rooms twice which I've never had before. I'm still waiting to see if it will come off my credit card. Overall I was very disatisfied with the hotel. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Hotel wanted $200 damage deposit plus payment of the hotel nights in full. It took me 1.5 hours to complete my checkin as there was a young asian guy and I was lost in translation for a long time. I have never heard of hotels making you pay an upfront deposit plus hotel nights in full upfront..... totally frustrated by the time I was done and building I would rate a 2* and room was ok, bed was really comfortable.

The room was extremely filthy, I found a pipe behind the nightstand. Towels seemed flimsy and gross, the walls and the couch were full of stains. For somewhere that offered a kitchenette, there were barely any utensils or dishware. I had to go to the store and purchase disposable items for my stay. And the cherry on top, the room stunk. I had no choice but to purchase air fresheners for the duration. Eww...don't recommend!!!

Expedia puts you in the remote rooms on another property. HVAC fan was horribly loud the whole night. Got a voucher for breakfast that didn't start until 6 so no good for oilfield start times. Got a coupon to get 15 or 20 bucks towards a meal at the steakhouse, Whole restaurant was temporarily closed when I was there, thanks for the useless coupon. The remote rooms property was unplowed, needed 4x4 to get through the drifts. Do not recommend

Had to pay a $200 damage deposit for a room that did not heat very well, the entry door from the outside didn’t seal & cold air sifted through continually. My stay was for Saturday November 23,2024 & I have still not received my damage deposit back. Will never stay there again. Want to be refunded the $200 damage deposit ASAP!!!

We were three guests…had two towels,had to drive to get more if we wanted them. The facecloths were sour!!!! Also only two coffees …again… drive to office to get more! And only given two more even though there was three of us!!! Bedding was threadbare, top sheet on one bed dirty…carpet was really dirty…. Would never re commend this to anyone. Had to pay extra for youth travelling with us and not provided with appropriate towelling or anything else without driving to the main location…not exactly convenient if travelling late.

Dump- Vill stay away Yes, sure

My thoughts, owners need to be held to account for selling room in such a dump. Roof was sagging, bare light bulb hanging, tiles in bathroom were separated and jagged. Everything was old, worn and sad. Shame on the owners, no really , you should be ashamed of scamming unsuspecting travellers!
