"Location was great. Close to SGU campus, off site restaurants were good. Grounds, pools, and facility were very nice. Breakfast was included but food on the buffet was cold. You can choose made to order omelets, waffles, pancakes, or hot cereal but bacon, potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs, and any other hot foods were all on the buffet and cold. On the weekends the buffet breakfast is open to the public and they could not keep up with the volume. Restaurants on site were just okay in terms of menu, quality, and taste. Room furniture worn and tired. Bath was clean and updated. "

"Really stunning view from the Bay House Hotel. We were lucky to have a sea view. The rooms are immaculately clean and much bigger than they look in photos. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning nice and cold although we mostly just used the ceiling fan. Shower water sometimes cool depending on time of day. Breakfast was perfectly good with enough choices to keep most people happy. We plan to return to Grenada another time in the future and when we do we will highly likely choose this hotel once again. We did lots and lots of walking. It is a steep walk back up from the beach. We are both quite fit and healthy (early 50s), jog 5k etc, and we managed it fine. I can imagine it might be a bit much for anyone less able or with young children etc, but the hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach so problem solved and local taxis are not too expensive. The only issue we had was an initial overcharge on our accommodation from the outset resulting in a US$175 credit on our room account. I felt the hotel should have refunded that difference straight away to my card. All was resolved in the end. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"Amazing experience! I'm a beach bum so I mostly stayed on the beach which was beautiful. The experience was definitely great and my hotel room was amazing as well. "

"Tired worn down older hotel on an exquisitely beautiful ( mostly) quiet beach. 20 minute walk to restaurants in Grand Anse. Few dining options near hotel. Loud ( music decibel) party boats crowded with cruise ship people visited the beach ruining the quiet vibe - which was the best part of it. Would not return. Would stay on Grand Anse instead. "
