"The rooms and amenities are great, view is great too. But we got an additional charge of $50 for snack bar, and when I called to verify, they simply said they mistakenly put $50 for a $10 chocolate. And I got a refund of $29 I don’t know why. And they said no sorry at all, and are like you should thank me for that refund. I like the stay overall, but it’s just too much trivia you need to worry about."

"We had an excellent stay with Luxe Maui Properties and would happily book with them again. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every question was answered promptly, check-in was seamless, and the information provided made our arrival and stay completely stress-free.The home itself exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, and it was obvious that the furnishings and appliances had been recently updated. Everything felt fresh, modern, and well cared for, creating a comfortable place to relax after enjoying everything Wailea has to offer.Overall, our experience was outstanding. The combination of excellent communication, a beautifully maintained property, and a hassle-free stay made for a fantastic Maui vacation. We highly recommend Luxe Maui Properties and look forward to staying with them again on a future visit. Mahalo!"

"This is a super nice adult only hotel. Nice and quiet. Staff is wonderful. On point. Hotel car service is excellent with luxury cars available. The room is nice. Large and spacious. My only critique is that the restaurant has a limited menu. But selection is great. Highly recommend."

"Loved the place. Views of the sunset and ocean are spectacular from the Lanai. Perfect for a large family or group. Rooms nice and spacious. Beds comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with plates, dishes, cups, and all that we need. Would stay here again. Pool was very nice. It was like being at a fancy resort pool, without the crazy crowds. Easy walk to the beach. The unit was stocked with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and other beach equipment."
