"PROS: beautiful location, property, and room, large balcony with small kitchen area CONS: Basic service items insufficient or not even available: - coffee maker in room came without supplies; but they sell you coffee pods for 1 Euro ea. at the front desk, twice the nearby store price; - no paper towels or hand tissues available, even upon request (maid told us to 'just use toilet tissue') - getting a towel for the beautiful swimming pool is nothing short off a hassle: we were told we could get it at the front desk with ID, only to be told later that we first need go back to our room to get a passport or other picture ID; i.e., a room key or the passport copy they took on check-in are not sufficient. In summary, we did not feel treated as valued guests, particularly since this is a very small property overall, with rather few guests. We will not return."

"The hotel is walking distance to the ferry terminal and restaurants. If you need a room for a night you can tough it out. The room was clean but needs refurbishing. Wifi connection was poor. There was no iron, fridge or station to make tea or coffee in the room. "

"Hotel/Restaurent, la chambre était magnifique, Grande espace, belle salle de bain, auberge superbe. Restaurent ouvert le midi pour les touristes et resto ouvert le soir seulement pour les clients. Seulement, le personnel semblent un peut à bout des touristes, moins souriant et on dirait qu'on les dérangent"

"The staff was great and the property was as well. The room was lovely and I had a great view of the Carnival parade. I will stay here next time I visit Martinique. Also, they have onsite parking which is beneficial for staying near the parade site."

"Très bel endroit , beau jardin , chambre très propre et bien équipée. Dommage que l’accueil fut froid : on nous fait bien sentir que nous sommes passés par hôtel .com pour réserver. Petits déjeuners exorbitants, nous avons préféré le prendre sur la plage pas très loin. "

"There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby options. Car rental is a must."
