The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and liked the beautiful fall view of the lake. Appreciated the Gideon Bible. It’s a little outdated but very comfy.

The room was clean, the staff that I ran into were extremely helpful, for an older motel I was impressed with the room. I had a long day of travel and just needed a place to rest, you can’t go wrong here!

This is an older, well maintained motel. No glitz - but clean, comfortable and affordable. We stayed one night on a quick trip north and found it to be a great value with our limited time. The check-in was smooth and very helpful. Would definitely stay again if travels take me to Grand Rapids.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. The rooms are always clean and maintained in great working order. The check in process was easy and friendly. I appreciated the bag of ice daily for my cooler. Regular size refrigerator is an amazing plus for the room. I was able to bring salads from home that stayed cooled. Huge plus. The room was quiet and faced the lake.

The motel reminded me a little of the motels from the 1950. My room was clean and nicely decorated. It had a coffee maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator that was larger than I expected. I was able to park right in front of the door to my room, which made moving my luggage easy. The room rates were reasonable compared with other motels in the area. They do not provide breakfast but there is a very nice restaurant next door that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with good food at reasonable prices.
