The Forest Lake Motel is a classic motel property in a great location (and adjacent to a very good restaurant). The room was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly, welcoming and very accommodating.

couple get away

We needed a stopping off point on our way to Grand Forks North Dakota. The rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone needing a quick comfortable place to stay overnite

The rooms had a nice rustic feel and were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It is not very often that you get a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and a cook top in the room. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here twice (so far) while passing through for Christmas holidays. The rooms are always super clean, smell fresh, and are toasty warm for the winter. Forest Lake Restaurant is a quick walk from the rooms (2 minutes) and has excellent food. We love stopping here.

While the property is on the older side, my room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The clerk was friendly and food at the adjacent restaurant was excellent and not expensive.

It was a good place to stay, had all the amenities we needed and super friendly staff. The room always felt damp but i think thats from all the rain that had been recieved, it was roomy and clean, better than the pictures.
