"Hotel was nice, clean, had wristbands per guest for the pool area. We had teenagers yelling and banging on our door at 10:30pm repeatedly. I called the front desk and they said they would send a manager up to check things out."

"Where do I begin? No breakfast. Coffee was available but no creamer, sugar and Splenda only. NO hair dryer! Pool area was a shambles— Parts roped off. I had to ask twice to have gum removed from the baby pool swimming area where my grandchildren played. I had to ask for the pool deck to be cleaned ..."
