Staff is slow and unwilling to help with anything. At 1030 the cleaning lady was banging on the door saying its checkout time. We were already leacing but thought that was rude seekmg as we still had a jalf an hour"

"Our room 426 was very tidy but had stains on the sofa. One of the cushions was totally torn with stuffing coming out of it. The white comforters had stains on them as well. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast nook were outstanding! The housekeepers at 8:30 in the morning were yelling at each other between floors. It didn't bother us as we are early risers but if anyone was trying to rest in, this could of been very distracting."
