Please repair the cushions on the benches in the rooms as they are torn up. Food excellent HOT. Rooms clean. Staff excellent care! Convenient off the interstate with plenty of places to eat within 5-10 min. We will stay there again.

Had some issues with checking in on the app so I wasn’t able to check in at 3:00, instead I checked in at 4 at the desk. Room was nice, clean. The vinyl on the bench in the room was cracked and in severe disrepair otherwise the room was nice. Bed and pillows clean and comfortable.

Overall our stay was good. We did have to wait about 10 plus minutes to check in (it was around 7pm), as there was no one at the front desk but when Amy came back to the desk she was helpful and friendly. Some of the furniture in the room and common areas could use an upgrade as many were very stained and dirty. The nightlight on the outlet in the bathroom was a really nice touch. The breakfast the next morning was well stocked even until the end of the service time. Colae was there when we checked out and was very pleasant and helpful. Again, overall we had a good stay on this property.

I’m glad we only stayed one night. There was dust piled up under the beds. The carpet was dirty as well as the bathroom floor. The breakfast was good and lots of room to eat. There was no luggage carts when we left. I asked the staff if they had anymore and they were less than helpful. There was a huge pothole in the parking lot that flooded with water. Not terrible but probably would be if we had stayed longer.

This hotel is in dire need of a rehab. As others have said in their reviews, the rooms are tired, carpet and furnishings are well beyond their use. Staff was pleasant overall. The vibe is just - sad - due to the deferred yet much needed maintenance.
