The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please put all trash in the dumpster that is at the bottom of the property on the other side of the Motor Home. Please DO NOT use the dumpster by the Red House as that is not mine. Strip all beds used

Please close and lock all windows and doors and turn the heat to 50 degrees. Please load and start the dishwasher and make sure you get all your food and personal items.

Please lock the door to the home and the basement and return the basement key to the black binder and the front door key to the lock box. Thank you!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
