We purchased this home a few years ago and did a top-to-bottom remodel. From new floors, bathrooms, paint, light fixtures, furnishings, all new appliances (2019) all new high-end fiberglass windows (2023) and central forced air heating to our modern but cozy mountain chalet style cabin, you'll feel like you've stepped into the pages of Dwell magazine's "Rocky Mountain Cabin" issue.

The home features two master bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 3/4 bathroom, and walk-in closet. Luxury linens, down pillows, and comfortable (brand new) mattresses & light-blocking curtains ensure a great night sleep. Upstairs there is a large loft (12' x 16') with two twin beds (we even have bedrails if you have young kids sleeping up there!) and a table for games or puzzles and comfy chair to snuggle up with a good book.

The great room is an open concept kitchen/dining/living room. Enjoy cooking meals in our fully stocked kitchen and a generous farmhouse table that has a leaf to seat up to 8 comfortably. The living area is the perfect place to hang out and recount the adventure from the day, play games, or sit down on our brand new Crate & Barrel couch and watch a movie on the new 50" LED TV (Bring your own Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, logins!) Cable TV and a Blue-Ray DVD player are available as well. The home also features a Sonos system with stereo speakers to fill the house with the music of your choice from Spotify, Songza or Internet Radio.

Outside, there is a large 400+ square foot deck surrounded by aspen trees. with a BBQ grill and a 6-person dining table where you can enjoy the amazing views. Just off the deck there is a small area where you can pull up an adirondack chair and enjoy your morning coffee taking in panoramic unobstructed lake and mountain views.

We've made this cabin into our family retreat and want to share the amazing space we've created with you. It is a family friendly property with a booster seat, pack & play, bed-rails for both of the twin bed, and child appropriate plates & cups in the kitchen.
