Lovely home right on the lake. Not too far from town but nice and private. The bedroom layout worked great with privacy for everyone. Also loved the second living room area on the ground floors. Will definitely be back.
Amazing experience! My friends and I stayed at the house in January and went on a Ski trip. The hosts were helpful when needed, and the house itself was beautiful and in the best condition. There was access to a hot cocoa bar, popcorn, and the cutest bedrooms. The town was a lot of fun; we went shopping, had some dinners there, and overall had an amazing stay. I would 100% recommend this house; we had a blast!
We had a small reunion of cousins and this house was perfect the weekend get together. We had 8 adults staying in the house with a few others staying at another location. Everyone wanted to spend as much time as possible at this house because of the spectacular views and plenty of deck space to share here.
We had a wonderful stay during Christmas with my entire family cabin was clean, comfortable and breath taking. Our hosts were so accommodating decorating the entire cabin for our family, which was very special! Every chance we can, we will love to come back and stay at this beautiful home.
A little hard to find even w GPS. Grand Lake town is great. Renting a pontoon was awesome. Having kayaks available was really a bonus. Quiet (little street noise) and peaceful.
Beautiful home, fantastic views and great lakeside location!
Perfect location for a lake vacation. The private doc and lake access made everything super accessible for boating, paddle boarding, fishing and trips into grand lake for lunch and shopping. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking family meals and the deck offers incredible views for dinning and relaxing. Would absolutely stay again!
we had a great time. Views are amazing the setback in the trees over the lake, provides for great privacy and a serene environment. We enjoyed hanging out on the decks and barbecuing. We brought several paddle boards and went out every day, paddle boarding around the lake and even over to grand Lake. The location is great and we enjoyed our stay.
We stayed here for a girls trip on the lake and couldn’t have asked for a better location! The house is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location on the lake. It was a great size for 10 people and we had everything we needed! When we had a few encounters with Colorado nature, Ken was quick to reply and helpful.
The owners were responsive and accommodating to any questions/requests we had. We were celebrating an anniversary so it was just my husband and I. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The views of the lake and mountains were breathtaking and can be enjoyed from many places. We’d be so lucky to return someday. Thanks again!!

I have spoken with VRBO twice about the issues below and VRBO has attempted to reach the host a few times without response. VRBO has advised me on this review. Overall, it is nice. We are from Colorado and know the area. The yard is overgrown and needs maintenance. The decks are pretty awesome. We are a family of adults and were comfortable. The problem is that the property management (PM) is disorganized and forgetful which led to 2 of 7 days being interrupted by PMs admitted faults1) No Cleaning Crew - 1st night lost: At check-in, the place was a mess! Nothing had been cleaned, dishes everywhere, dirty toilets, unmade and dis-shoveled beds, dirty towels, a filthy kitchen. The cleaning crew showed up and spent hours cleaning while my family sat on the deck at 50F, not enjoying making dinner together. The cleaning crew left before 9pm. Bonus: we spent 30 min disarming the alarm. Exhausting… and preventable2)Unexpected workers: day lost: We had three men walk during our last day to change light fixtures…followed by a text from PM informing that my time had expired, which they later acknowledged was a mistake. I agreed to have the three men come in, with scaffolding, use the entire kitchen, and take 2 hrs. Huge inconvenience. When I suggested the PM consider compensation, the answer given back was that I got a good deal. I responded that the fair and reasonable price I paid in no way included 2 days of avoidable interruptions and poor management.Inconsiderate and avoidable
